1. Muddle* a few pieces of fresh pineapple
2. Add the pomegranate and lemon juice.
3. Put everything in your shaker, add three or four ice cubes and shake.
4. Strain it, put it in your BATU glass and fill with BATU Ginger & Lemon.
5. Garnish with a piece of pineapple and some pomegranate seeds.
Shake with 30 ml dark, medium-aged dry rum for an alcoholic version.
