Pear Pressure
Pears, kombucha and basil.
A fragile balancing act between aromatic, bitter and sweet. Like Bogart and Bergman in Casablanca. Meaning stylish, grumpy and a bit German. Delightful.
This is what you need:
- 30 ml organic pear juice
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 4-5 basil leaves
- BATU Lime & Mint
This is how you make it:
1. Pour everything together into your BATU glass with ice cubes.
2. Garnish with a slice of pear and a basil leaf.
3. Easy Peasy.
Booze-up:
Add 30 ml of tequila for an alcoholic version.
